Talk Talk Consumer panels
To help realize customer-oriented products, the Talk Talk Consumer panels is positioned to act as
a representative customer-participatory feedback program of CJ CheilJedang,
which allows customers to be an intricate part of our product development and improvement.
Recruiting and selection
Consumer panels are recruited who are interested in cooking, and have a basic knowledge and sense of cooking.
Regular meetings and activities
At around a dozen meetings per year, they come together to taste existing products or new products and give candid feedback. They also make food with the products in their home and evaluate them with their family.
